Some bad moments
App worked fine till recently. Now it wont even open. Gonna have to pay my bills the old fashion way. Please fix for better rating.
Get with the times and make a fingerprint access! This is the plainest and least user friendly banking app I have, really disappointed.
This app worked great until this latest update, now I cannot even type in my username or password. When I open the app, I can view the login screen, but all of the text fields and links seem to be frozen and do nothing.
I have a older phone that will not work with your new update! Please reactive the old one!! Your customer service is terrible!!!!!!
The app is functional for what I need it for, making payments. But after the last updat, or maybe the one before, it keeps telling me I need to register the device. Very annoying! So you go through the process of having the code sent and creating security questions just to have to do it again in a few days or a week. Frustrating...
I dont know why some are saying the app doesnt work or misses payments. I think I read a review that says they are past due and cant make a payment. Lol. Pay your bills lol.
App works great and does what its supposed to: pay online and check balance. I never had any issues asides from the fico score being unavailable since I just signed up for it but I dont care. The app always signs me in and Ive made payments through it without any issues.
