SERIOUSLY?

I JUST WANT TO MAKE MY CAR PAYMENT. Yesterday it was that the app needed to be updated when there wasnt one. Finally there was today and it says payment cant be submitted because of the date format... The format that the app puts in you cant change. And Im not calling and paying because those people dont even know why they are answering the phone.
