No kidding this app is only good for making a payment. If you pay a little extra on your premium it thinks youve mad an extra payment. Then the app tells you your next payment isnt due till a month after. Half the time I cant connect to the app, and about 1/10 of the time its down for maintenance. No touch I.D. isnt a big deal to me but for an online bank to not have the coolest, biggest, baddest app in the marketplace blows my mind.

App worked fine till recently. Now it wont even open. Gonna have to pay my bills the old fashion way. Please fix for better rating.

Get with the times and make a fingerprint access! This is the plainest and least user friendly banking app I have, really disappointed.

Past due + Current bill = total due For some reason the app adds the last payment made to this amount so the total due is always wrong. Fix that shaz.

This app worked great until this latest update, now I cannot even type in my username or password. When I open the app, I can view the login screen, but all of the text fields and links seem to be frozen and do nothing.

This app is great ! You can change just about anything you want! Great job so far I love being able to schedule payments etc.

I have a older phone that will not work with your new update! Please reactive the old one!! Your customer service is terrible!!!!!!

The app is functional for what I need it for, making payments. But after the last updat, or maybe the one before, it keeps telling me I need to register the device. Very annoying! So you go through the process of having the code sent and creating security questions just to have to do it again in a few days or a week. Frustrating...

I dont know why some are saying the app doesnt work or misses payments. I think I read a review that says they are past due and cant make a payment. Lol. Pay your bills lol. App works great and does what its supposed to: pay online and check balance. I never had any issues asides from the fico score being unavailable since I just signed up for it but I dont care. The app always signs me in and Ive made payments through it without any issues.

The app crashes frequently, most login attempts require unlocking the account, creating new security questions and logging back in. I even have crashes during the resetting process so it often takes several attempts to actually get in. I appreciate the effort to have a mobile app and payment option but this apps needs better development and support. It should function without these issues. Additionally, it would be great if the account was compatible with Intuits software tool Mint. It takes a lot of effort to get connectivity through the tool (several attempts weekly and it only successfully happens once every month or two). Please make the tool fully functional. Thanks

Love this app but it would be great if they would optimize it for the iPhone 6 plus screen size/resolution.

This app works as advertised. However to be worth 5 stars, it needs to take advantage of Touch ID for faster, more secure logins.

Annoying app, never works when I need it.
