Ally Auto Finance App Reviews

The app looks and feels like an old browser. It needs a fresh look. It needs Touch ID to login. It just needs an overall make over. Keep up with the times Ally. A good company like Ally needs to keep up to date.

This app would be great and easy but, it does not let you use your debit card like it does online. Online your debit card is an option for paying so why not the app also?

I will forever avoid Ally Auto and their high interest rates and poor harassing customer service Im so happy I have paid off my car and no longer have to deal with these people

The app is great at its core function of viewing your account info and setting up your bank account to pay. The app needs updating though. On the 6+, the text and font is stretched to fit, rather than being native to the larger screen size. Also, touchID would be a great feature. Adding some color to the progress bar and other areas wouldnt hurt either.

Still no Touch ID Support 3 updates later !!! Ok paying a car note here is good but cmon can we make use of Touch ID already ? I shouldnt have to enter a password every single time I log in to this app. Plus no support for characters in the password. Once they enable Touch ID and Characters in password Ill give it 5 stars.

The app is OK but it needs TouchID.

Its a very useful and helpful app. It has a lot of nice features. I like how it shows how many payments you have left, the minimum amount you have to pay for your next payment, and how much you have left on your loan. It just really needs Touch ID for the users convenience.

Ive gone to use his app 5 times to pay my auto loan, 4 of those times it was down for maintenance. On the other hand when Ive gone to the Capital One App for my auto loan there and my credit cards its NEVER been down (1.5yrs running) My Ally, down 4 in past 3 months. Also, Touch ID is commonplace... Just sayin

The app is good. It is currently stuck though. It started an automatic update via app store but cannot finish and will not let me delete it so i can redownload. Fix!

Every time I get on to make a payment their site is "under maintenance". Just wait a few hours before youre able to make a payment.

Great app very nifty. Only thing it needs is Touch ID . Nothing else needs to be added. The percentages and telling me how far Ive got to go are great I love that. Pleease get Touch ID soon. Thanks Ally.

It would be nice if this app leveraged Touch ID.

Every month I login to pay my account on the app, I enter my username and password and then it makes me verify my account through email. Makes it very inconvenient that I have to do this every time. Also no Touch ID.
