This app works fine for making your car payment, if you can get in. My account is locked every month, and I have to have an unlock code sent to my email. Even after emailing and calling for months they cant seem to fix it.

App and website always down. Unless you write a check to your bank find a different lender. Their customer service could care less about you by the way.

All the time cant even log in

Downloaded it to be able to check my account and was unable to even login. The problem wasnt my login info so the app is still having issues.

It keeps saying there is a newer version, but the App Store doesnt show an update...?

Worked fine and was easy and seemless to make payments but now it keeps demanding to update to latest version but when transfer to the app store it already is updated to latest version to its impossible to use this app in its current state

I have had zero problems with this app until today. The app prompt me to update and wont let me update. Is anyone else having this problem???

App is good and to the point but Im not able to use the fingerprint feature on my phone, so 1 star less.

I JUST WANT TO MAKE MY CAR PAYMENT. Yesterday it was that the app needed to be updated when there wasnt one. Finally there was today and it says payment cant be submitted because of the date format... The format that the app puts in you cant change. And Im not calling and paying because those people dont even know why they are answering the phone.

When will there be an update to fix the resolution for iPhone 6s Plus size? The app is bulky n look horrible. Please improve the resolution.

I like that I can make payments on my car loan via an app. I also like he features that come with the app. However, I feel like the app is down or needing new updates more than I am able to make my monthly payments. Each time I try to sign in, it seems to have some sort of glitch. I would love for things to be more reliable. Thankfully my car is more reliable than this app is..

I just updated to the 2.2.0 version and now the app icon doesnt work?! I cant open the app.i have to go to the App Store and access it. I cant even delete it and redownload because the icon doesnt have an X at the top when you press and hold it.

Downloaded this and used it maybe once. Why it doesnt support touch-ID is beyond me. Tried to use it this morning. It had saved my userid from the previous session. Yay. Got my password wrong on the initial try, so it now erased my userid too. Deleted. Terrible app. Total waste of my time and storage.

The app seems to work every now and then and when it does work it is not very smooth.

This new update has been installing for over 12 hours and nothing still. This app is almost as bad as their customer service. They dont even deserve 1 star

It would be nice to have fingerprint option to log in. Please add that option. Thank you

Love the big and bold text. Easy and simple. Very user friendly! Took me 20 secs. And NO I dont work for ALLY...just love the app!
